V-Setup 3.01

By using V-Setup you do not need to become a scripting expert. You also do not need to mess about with plug-in modules and other things of the sort. All the bits and pieces you need to come up with a fully functional installer are provided by V-Setup.

Here are some other bits and pieces you need to know about V-Setup. The application weighs in at some 6MB, so the download should complete in no time at all on a high-speed internet connection. Once downloaded, you can install and use V-Setup on pretty much any version of the Microsoft-developed Windows operating system. Once installed, V-Setup can be used to easily create installers for your software application. V-Setup can write directly to the Windows Registry, copy files to any portion of a Windows system, modify existing files on disc, overwrite files based on version checking, registering ocx and dll’s, create shortcuts and internet shortcuts, run executables after installation completion and before software uninstallation.

You should think of Visual DialogScript and V-Setup as a tag team. First one in is Visual Dialog Script – it will allow you to easily create full featured applications. Second in is V-Setup – it allows you to easily create installers for your applications.
